This 125mm Zirconium Flap Disc is engineered for high-precision finishing and smooth blending on the toughest
materials, including stainless steel and high-alloy metals. Featuring an 80-grit zirconium alumina grain, it offers
a superior cut rate and exceptional longevity compared to standard abrasives. The flat profile design is
specifically optimized for working on flat surfaces and outside edges, ensuring maximum surface contact and a
refined, uniform finish without gouging the workpiece.
The disc is built on a robust fiberglass backing that provides excellent structural stability while effectively
dampening vibrations during high-speed operation. This reinforced construction reduces operator fatigue and helps
maintain a cool cutting temperature, preventing discoloration of the metal surface. As the self-sharpening zirconium
